Since 1986, I have litigated all manner of civil disputes. I began mediating in 1996, conducting more than 1,000 volunteer mediation sessions through the various court systems and more than 500 involving personal injury and negligence. I have been retained to conduct more than 200 private mediations.
My primary focus is on trust disputes, probate, estates and related fiduciary disputes. I also conduct mediations involving professional responsibility claims in law, accounting, tax compliance, and real estate.
